Cooking School

Immerse yourself with Mediterranean flavours with cooking lessons held in our characteristic citrus grove.

We’ll greet you with a welcome drink , a fresh lemonade or a glass of prosecco

The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a first course with homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert.

Under the experienced leadership of our chef, you can learn how to cook the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina or the ravioli alla caprese. You can cook the famous eggplant parmesan, made with fried eggplant, then put in the oven with mozzarella and tomato sauce. At the end the dessert can not miss: a delicious tiramisù with coffee or agrumance sauce (the menu selected could change on the basis of the seasonality of the products).

At the end of every class you can taste your culinary creation, and you’ll judge your own dish in the shadow of our pergola, with a smile and fine wines in good company.
