How to arrive
By Car
For those coming from the north, from the Naples Central Station or from the airport, follow the signs to the A3 Napoli - Salerno-Reggio Calabria (part of the European route E45), exit to Castellammare di Stabia and then follow the signs to the Sorrento Peninsula. Once arrived in Sorrento, follow the signs to the Museum Correale.
For those coming from the south, take the Highway Salerno - Reggio Calabria (part of E45) towards Salerno, then continue following the signs for the A3 Napoli – Salerno (part of E45), direction Naples, exit Castellammare di Stabia. Afterwards, follow the signs to the Sorrento Peninsula. Once arrived in Sorrento, follow the signs to the Museum Correale.
From Naples Capodichino Airport
The nearest domestic and international airport to Sorrento is Naples Capodichino Airport, which is 50 km away. At the airport, Curreri Viaggi bus service, makes the Naples Airport - Sorrento route and vice versa. Alternatively, we would be happy to arrange a private transfer.
Sorrento is about an hour's drive from the airport.
From the port of Naples
From Naples Molo Beverello there is a hydrofoil service to the port of Sorrento. From there you can reach Piazza Tasso where a public bus leaves every 20 minutes. The port of Sorrento is connected with the ports of Capri, Ischia, Procida, Naples and several towns of the Amalfi Coast.
From Naples Central Station
The Sorrento Coast is connected to Naples (Piazza Garibaldi Station - Napoli Centrale) through the Circumvesuviana railway. From Naples Central Station, take the Circumvesuviana towards Sorrento terminus.
